Never going to happen. They're not like Xbox, trying to make a wide ecosystem. They want to get people to play on PlayStation and PC is an afterthought. They're hoping people will go "I have to buy a PS5 for [game]", I don't want to wait years for the PC version. Or that they'll double dip when it eventually comes to PC.
The bigger point here is that the PC is a platform with variable hardware and to support PC properly, nothing should be coded to be a fixed experience as it is with consoles.
